What are your hours of service?

Our services are booked by appointment only. We book appointments 7 days a week, including evenings.


What are your travel perimeters?

We cater to San Diego County, Orange County, and Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. We are always willing to negotiate a traveling fee for a special event out of State.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), money orders, cashier's checks, business/corporate checks, and cash. An initial deposit will be held for services.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to avoid losing your deposit, we require that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups of 15 or more. We also offer a 20% discount to Military members and dependents. Sorry, not valid with any promotional specials and or mini treatments.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

If you are not present at the set time for your appointment, we will give you a 15 minute grace period. We will start the treatment and end the treatment at the required time.

What should I do to prepare before you come?

In order to make your spa experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible, we recommend that you make the space as clutter free as possible. Please keep pets out of the room. It is best that smaller children not be in the area when we are working in, due to the products, and equipment. Thank you.
